Guinness World Record Attempt 2024

On National Poetry Day, Oak Meadow Primary School took part in an exciting attempt to break the Guinness world record for the largest poetry lesson attended across multiple venues. Children from Years 3 to 6 had a fantastic time joining poet Laura Muncha in this special event, where they had the opportunity to contribute to writing a unique poem. It was a wonderful experience for the students to work together, explore their creativity, and be part of such a remarkable record-breaking attempt. The event sparked great enthusiasm, and the children thoroughly enjoyed expressing themselves through poetry.

We are proud to have been part of this incredible moment and look forward to more creative opportunities in the future!

We wait in anticipation of being informed of breaking the world record!
